Stair parts for installers, dealers and builders

If you order stair nosing and treads for client projects, the same online request form handles every job. Tell us your role and reference your previous order so we can pick up the earlier specification.

Submitting a job

• Use the request form and select Installer, Builder or Dealer under 'I am a…' so your request routes to the right review.
• Include the flooring identification from the box label, plank dimensions, stair count, stair widths and open sides for each job.
• For a repeat order, add your previous order reference in the message box so we can start from the earlier specification.

What a written quote covers

• Parts and quantities for the stairs described, production timing, and freight to your delivery address.
• Material is supplied for the project — we make the stair parts from the flooring you send or specify.
• Stair parts are manufactured in Columbia Falls, Montana and shipped to customers across the United States. Freight cost and timing are confirmed in your written quote for each project.
