Using this website
Tread Space (a brand of Northern Lights Design) provides this website for informational purposes — to show our product line, gallery, and process. Product photos and gallery imagery are representative; wood grain, color, and finish will vary from piece to piece.
Quotes & pricing
Prices are not listed on this site. Quotes are prepared per project based on the flooring you're matching, stair count and shape, tread width, and shipping destination. A written quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Orders, lead times & shipping
Custom-matched treads and nosings are made to order. Lead times, deposits, and shipping terms are confirmed in writing before production begins. Once project-specific production begins, orders are non-cancelable.
Installation
We supply the materials; installation is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor. Confirm all measurements before ordering — we quote based on the dimensions you provide.
